Our Themes are created with the utmost care and tested throughly. We guarantee error-free operation in a clean WordPress installation (latest version) without Plugins. If you make changes to the theme, or install third party Plugins, we can not guarantee error-free operation.

All PHP files of Xtreme One and Childthemes, design and the accompanying graphics are released under the GPL license.
Included JavaScripts are subject to the licensing of their authors.

The YAML Framework is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 License, which allows the use for private and commercial projects.
We have the YAML COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION LICENSE 1.0 (YAML CDL 1.0) for Xtreme One WordPress Framework. It is not required to mention YAML or link to the YAML-Homepage. Therefore you don’t have to purchase a commercial YAML-license.
